Medical SPA "Eglės sanatorija" invites you to come and enjoy a three-night treatment programme WELLNESS DAYS | HEADING TOWARDS SUMMER, which includes 10 treatments that will help you turn the winter stiffness into an active spring movement!

YOUR WELLNESS PROGRAMME INCLUDES:

• Physician's consultation
• 10 therapeutic treatments* for each person:

1. Physiotherapy in a group in the hall, once.
2. Physiotherapy in a group in water, once.
3. Mineral Pearl Bath or Carbonic Acid Bath, once.
4. Mud (Peat) Application or White Mud Application, once.
5. Classic massage (15 min.), once.
6. Massage using the “Wellsystem Medical Plus” or “Aquatizer QZ-40” device (20 min), once.
7. “Bioptron” polarized light therapy (1 area) or Light therapy “Hydrosun”, once.
8. Halotherapy or Dead Sea climate therapy, once.
9. Inhalation with mineral water or bee pitch, once.
10. Oxygen and Herbal Tea Cocktail, once.

* The procedures are indicative and will be prescribed individually by a physician who will assess your health condition and prescribe treatments considering indications and contraindications. The procedures are for adults.

• 3 meals a day (buffet) and snack bar: brunch and afternoon snack (visits are unlimited at all meals)
• Natural mineral and fresh water in the Mineral Water Buvette
• Hydrorelaxation I–VII 7:00 am – 2:00 pm
• Unlimited visits to the swimming pool and sauna complex every evening

• Additional group workouts "Be Active"

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Resort fee is not included in the price. For a person aged 18 and older – 2 EUR / 1 day.
• Arrival and check-in from 10 am, possibility to settle in the room according to the occupation of the Medical SPA but not later than 2 pm.
• Lunch and dinner are included on the day of arrival and breakfast on the day of departure.
• In case of the late arrival (after 3 pm) and early departure (before 10 am) the number of treatments is reduced accordingly.
• This offer is not valid with other discounts, discount codes, etc. The offer is only valid for the Loyalty program discount.
• Payments can be made at the reception in cash (Euros) and by credit card.
• Bringing pets is strictly prohibited, except for the guests staying in the apartments. If you plan to stay with your pet, check-in starts from 4 PM.
• The apartments are located in a 3-storey building. There is no elevator.
• Smoking is prohibited in the entire territory of the Medical SPA “Eglės sanatorija”, including balconies, terraces and rooms. The fine for smoking outside designated areas is 100 EUR.

2. – Therapeutic bath: Mineral Pearl Bath, Carbonic Acid Bath or other.
   – Therapeutic mud: Mud (Peat) Application, Mineral Mud (Peat) Bath or White Mud Application.
3. Therapeutic massage: Classic (15 min, every second day) or Underwater (20 min) or massage with a particular device (20 min).
4. Physical agent modalities: Electrical Stimulation, Magnetic Field Therapy, Halotherapy or other.
5. Relaxation treatment: Audiovisual Relaxation or Aromatherapy, or other treatment: Oxygen and Herbal Tea Cocktail.

• Additional physician's consultation once – staying for 7 nights or more
• Additional treatment (you can choose from 3 options: massage using the “Wellsystem Medical Plus” device, electrostimulation, massage, thermotherapy using the “Stima Well” device or physiotherapy with special equipment) – staying for 8 nights or more
• Body composition test using the MC-780 MAS analyser – staying for 6 nights or more
• 12-lead electrocardiogram – staying for 8 nights or more

YOUR TREATMENT PROGRAMME INCLUDES:

• 5 treatments*:

1. Group physiotherapy: in the gym or in the water, 1 time.
2. Therapeutic bath: mineral pearl bath, carbon dioxide bath or other, 1 time.
3. Massage: with a “Wellsystem Medical Plus“ machine or a lymphatic drainage massage with a “LymphaMat” machine (20 min.), 1 time.
4. Relaxation treatment: oxygen therapy, aromatherapy, audiovisual relaxation or binaural beats relaxation, 1 time.
5. Oxygen and herbal tea cocktail, 1 time.

* Treatments are indicative and are individually prescribed by your doctor, after assessing your health during the consultation, taking into account the indications and contraindications for the treatment. The treatments are for adults.
