YOUR WELLNESS PROGRAMME HEALTHDAYS INCLUDES:

• Doctor's consultation upon arrival or remote consultation
• 5 therapeutic treatments* per day:

1. – Therapeutic bath: Mineral Pearl Bath, Carbonic Acid Bath or other.
   – Therapeutic mud: Mud (Peat) Application, Mineral Mud (Peat) Bath or White Mud Application.
2. Massage (15 min, every second day) or Underwater massage (20 min) or massage with a particular device (20 min).
3. Group physiotherapy in the gym, water or vertical bath (every second day).
4. Relaxation treatment: Audiovisual Relaxation, Halotherapy, Oxygen therapy or Aromatherapy.
5. Oxygen and Herbal Tea Cocktail or Inhalation.

* The procedures are indicative and will be prescribed individually by a physician who will assess your health condition and prescribe treatments considering indications and contraindications. The procedures are for adults.

• 3 meals a day (buffet) and snack bar: brunch and afternoon snack (visits are unlimited at all meals)

• The rooms are available from 2:00 pm, but you are welcome to arrive and check-in from 10:00 am, and enjoy the services of the Medical SPA while you wait for your room. Check-out until 12:00 pm.
• Lunch and dinner are included on the day of arrival and breakfast on the day of departure.
• In case of the late arrival (after 3:00 pm) and early departure (before 10:00 am) the number of treatments is reduced accordingly.
• Payments can be made at the reception in cash (Euros) and by credit card.
• Bringing pets is strictly prohibited, except for the guests staying in the apartments next to the main building in Birštonas. 
• Arrival to the apartments is possible no earlier than 4:00 pm.
• The apartments are located in a 3-storey building. There is no elevator.
• Smoking is prohibited in the entire territory of the Medical SPA “Eglės sanatorija”, including balconies, terraces and rooms. The fine for smoking outside designated areas is 100 EUR.

This experience allows you to spend quality time with your children as you break away from the household and focus on being together, strengthening the physical, emotional, and psychological health of all family members. The following longevity programme is designed to help you change those lifestyle choices — by incorporating movement into your daily activities, altering your perception of eating habits, monitoring your glucose metabolism, and introducing food supplements into your daily diet for better well-being. The peaceful Medical SPA Eglės sanatorija in Birštonas, which is blessed with special treasures from the depths of the earth — peat mud, mineral water and the purest resort air — provides both an incentive and an inspiration to take a few extra steps for yourself and your longevity. And more importantly, to continue everything in your daily life when you return.

YOUR TREATMENT PROGRAMME* INCLUDES:

• Initial consultation and introduction to the programme, 40 min.
• NAD+ test**
• Continuous glucose monitoring during the programme** or complete blood count
• Body composition analysis
• Gait assessment and physiotherapy consultation

• 4 treatments** per day:

1. Massage (30 min., every other day), underwater massage (20 min.), or device massage.

The procedures and tests are for adults only. Please note that Medical SPA Eglės sanatorija is currently participating in a population-based study on NAD+ blood levels. This test will be carried out if you wish to know your NAD+ level and agree to participate in the project.

It is personalised medical rehabilitation, giving the patient individual attention and care during the whole stay. You will be given medical tests and will be assigned a specialist who will be able to answer any questions you may have. Medical rehabilitation accepts patients with disorders of the musculoskeletal system, diseases of the nervous system, and diseases of the cardiovascular system for a programme consisting of an average of 6 treatments per day, which are administered by a doctor in the medical spa’s physical and rehabilitation medicine department after a detailed consultation.
